Founded and led by CEO Jacob Ofir, our fully licensed, bonded, and insured firm brings 24 years of expertise in custom home construction from foundation to final finishes.
Jacob has called the Palisades home for more than a decade, raising his family in this unique coastal community. His deep personal connection to the area shapes everything we do—from initial design sketches to coordinating every finishing detail, he works directly with clients to ensure their vision becomes reality. This isn't just business; it's personal.
When the devastating Palisades fires struck, Jacob's family felt the impact firsthand—his own son lost his home. That tragedy transformed our mission. We've made an unwavering commitment to bring families and neighbors back home, including a pro-bono program for Palisades residents over 70 who were underinsured and would otherwise be unable to return to the community they love.
